ADT is at a new low

Wow ok what a company where Are they hiring there staff from? the side of the road, this morning around 4:00 on 18 dec 2021 I was on my guarding site and as the director of my company I do regular site visits, to my “surprise “ adt shows up telling me I must open the gate so he can do a patrol even if he has a key, I told him no I will not be doing that as it will put my site at risk he needs to use his key on the pedestrian gate I am not opening the main gate, for about 20min he sat in his car a second unit arrived, take note I tripped the alarm at 3:26, they gain access by the pedestrian gate and keep walking not locking the gate behind them selfs, exposing the site. I then ask them to go lock the gate and I had to explain to them why as well, a couple of min go past and see them walking past me on there way out I try and explain to them for the second time now, why they must lock the gate. they started to get load and angry and tell me and I quote “ you are just trying to show us how white you are” so now I want to ask ADT directors what kind of people they are employing, as a director of Osiris Tech Security Guarding Solutions I do not tolerate ****** if this was my guards they will be prosecuted and charge for ******,

ADT I am expecting a call *** from your director video recording have been taken for legal proof
