Adt is absolutely USELESS

<p>I seem to be reaching a dead-end with adt, we have had 4 break-ins in just 3 months and we have never ever defaulted in any payments but adt seems not to be helping with anything. They service delivery as well as the response time to incidents is very poor. I cannot seem to go anywhere with this, it seems like I am only paying to get informed that I had a break-in so I don't get surprised when I get home. The last two break-ins were in one week, I am really frustrated with adt and don't know what actions to take now as I keep fighting a losing battle.</p>
