ADT is a ****

The service from ADT Security is a *******. I recently have had no connection to the security service for weeks now since January 2022 and i keep getting smses to call their technical department to test the system. This is the second month and they are still charging me for service. A technician was out here a few days ago to sort the issue but looks like he solved nothing, now they are telling me they have to send another technician that they will charge me again for. Surely this is day light ******* why couldn't the first technician sort out the issue. I strongly feel they intensionally doing bite sizes of work so they can bill more and more. Now they tell me they will charge me for cancellation and bill me an extra month for a service i am not even getting. This must be *******. I am looking at such high costs just to even cancel a service i am NOT even receiving.
