ADT IS A ****!!!

Our contract ended in October we have been trying to get out of it but ADT is not helping us at all. When the service was sold to us we asked the consultant if we renting or buying the system he said to us after 24 months it becomes ours. Now we are being told they will come reap the system from the wall but we must pay them until that day comes which we have been trying to cancel since 2022 October now it's 2023 end of February no help at all. Their call center no one is helping the guy who helped us last is forever unavailable on call and doesn't answer our emails.
