ADT IS A NIGHTMARE

ADT staff lacks a sense of urgency, humilty and integrity. They cannot process a cancelation, a refund or show remorse thereof. The time, energy and airtime I have wasted with this company saddens me. 3rd review and three weeks later, still no refund. No 1 bothers to call to tell you how long you have to wait, it was said 10 to 14 days, today marks 20 days. My hard earned money.
