ADT is A Joke

We have been recently migrated from Chubb to ADT in our area, according to ADT this move requires that they come and change the radio transmitter inside the property. I have tried to secure an appointment with the technical ADT technical team for the for 2months with no success. i have had to call their call centre 5 times just book to an appointment mind you that on all occassion i had to take a day of work. My last call to the company which was made on the 18th of June i was put on hold for 41 minutes and never got to be assisted. The issue here is the fact that when the alarm is triggered they dont receive the activation alert which means for all i know i could find an empty house whilst i am paying for armed response.
