ADT is a dishonest company, Their system is faulty and is the cause that ******* ****** us blind.

Extremely poor service. We have been asking for assistance with the ADT app and the main control unit in our bedroom since December. It finally happened that we got burgled and needed to get a report from the ADT contractor and we asked for a mail stating that we did ask and made them aware of the issues with the app and the control unit.

They took a week and finally sent a mail not taking any responsibility for their complete lack of service delivery. We have all the communication to the ADT Contractor, where there at some times a 10 day wait before there are any response from them.

They are absolutely pathetic and if it comes that my insurance are not paying out because of their blatant untruthfulness I am going to take this further with my attorney. I would advice no one to ever get involved with ADT, as you will be debited, broken into and made out to be the one at fault.
