ADT is a ****

On the 15th of October i moved into a new residence i had to come fetch my keys and check if everything is okay, I was even out of the car a ADT rep cam to me and sold me their service, in our conversation i told id like the service but not now only in December, next day they called to come install the system as this was free and all i sad fine, they came Sunday and installed. During the week the head office called me to confirm bank details and advised me this was a 36 month contract, i told her that i wasnt aware of this the rep didnt say so she said shell get the rep to call me the rep called told him the same thing he sold me another story i said okay fine, later that same day i sent them an email and i want to cancel the service im not ready to be binded on a 36 months contract its too much if it was a month to month yes, on the 28th i think i saw a debit order from them of 291 then on the 1st a debit order of 450. So this rep basically ******* me, he made me signed a 36month contract, he insisted that they install the system asap so that they would debit a pro rata and debit a full amount month end as i moved in on the 15th, i feel so ******, he ****** in on my excitement for the house and my money. Ive never experienced such dishonesty in my life, am soo disappointed. All I want is them to cancel this and come fetch their machine, i wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.. they way they operate is soo ***** if this is what their mission statement stands for then shame this is a disaster
