ADT INSECURITY!!!!

<p>The watchroom and armed response are top notch. Very little to beat them - other than their technicians, who appear to be outsourced and unaccountable. I live in Velddrif and about a month ago, spent R10k upgrading my alarm system which has never worked since! Tonight, after a moth's complaining and stress over our unprotected house, (we are in Cape Town 3 days every week and travel a lot) we had to resort to cutting the wire to the alarm siren as it would not respond to our remote nor key pad. The same fault code on the key pad is still showing.</p> <p> </p> <p>There appears to be no accountable manager in the Velddrif area in terms of technical service. Our sales lady is embarrassed. She has tried hard. ADT were quick to take our money and slow - even that is an uderstatement, to properly install a system that works properly.</p> <p> </p> <p>The technicians that eventually arrive, blame ADT. ADT sales blame the technicians. We cannot get hold of any responsible person!! We are living and paying for a service we are not getting - ADT - you are unaccountable and it is disgusting! If we have a breach of security we hold you totally responsible.</p> <p> </p>
