Adt incompetence

<p>Jan 2015 I had my home broken into and Adt's armed response gave a all clear signal BUT the *****s were still on my property.Adt's armed response left the property but it was not secured. I have my assets ****** and some had sentimental value. Adt did not take any responsibility. Eight months after that I had an accidental alarm activation and they only called after 10 mins, not on.I contacted the regional manager with no joy.He never got back and I always followed up.I wanted them to take responsibility ADT never did.This year about 3 months ago at about 12 at night my alarm was going of every 30 mins.After the 3Rd call the call centre agent could not hear me over my cell but I could hear him.He was furious and irritated and stated "this alarm is irritating me and I am not going to respond". I was furious with his response and pressed my cell panic but never get a response to date.I then Contacted the regional manager the next morning and told him the situation. He told me that he will get a manager from the call centre contact me and that he will follow up with the cell panic issue. The manager from the call centre called me but the regional did not get back to about the cell panic to date.The manager if the call centre listen to the recording but stated that the recording was distorted.I requested to listen to the recording which he promised but I am still waiting for the invite to listen to it.How many issues can one consumer handle.Its my means to protect my family.I lost assets and even worse it been worse if we came home to the *****s.South Africa needs to know.Why should I nominate an *********** company. This will be emailed to Carte Blanche foe their input.</p>
