ADT in contravention of NCA. Trying to bully customers.

I paid out right for my alarm and they insist I can not cancel my contract.

ADT took over an our to respond to a business alarm giving the ****** more than enough time to empty out the shop. I am no longer in business thanks to them. Now they want to threaten me with legal action. Have cancelled the debit order on my personal account and for them to recover the money they will need to take action against a insolvent company.
