ADT Ignores Activation

My alarm was activated on Saturday 03/10/2015 at 7:10am and ADT did not call to check that there wasn't an incident and neither did they send a security vehicle. When I called the control room at 7:26am I was told that they did notice the incident but due to them \being too busy"could not call me. I rely on ADT for security and am paying for armed response - I am not receiving the service I am paying for. I live with a pensioner and the rest of us rely on ADT to provide security for her when we are not around - especially with the crime rates being what they are.
