ADT - Ignore Cancellation request !!!

ADT has handed me over to LGR attorney form to collect an outstanding amount of R2,487.33 for Ferditly Service. But I have sent numerous requests for cancellation to ***, *** My request was ignored, I even spoke to a consultant and she advised she would follow up and get back to me. She never did.

ADT are like vultures!! They leave and ignore clients' request for cancelation and when they have a substantial amount they hand over the clients account to get the attorney firm to proceed with legal action.

I have only spoken to 1 consultant one time, that is when I told her that I asked for the service to be canceled. I told her cannot afford the service. But still they continue to debit my acc - and I have to reverse it. I will not pay for this, and LGR should stop sending me SMS's on this. Also LGR must be careful, they are actually working on my companies portfolio and this is conflict of interest.
