ADT I COULD BE DEAD RIGHT NOW

My alarm went off in the early hours of the morning. I called in but there was a very delayed response in terms of arriving at my house. I saw the lights through my window when the security guy arrived and all he did was stand outside my yard, didn't bother to check if all is well while chatting to the resident security. I eventually went outside to speak to them. He immediately complained to ME that He couldnt find the street name. I corrected him that there is a street name on both ends of the street. He tell me that the office doesn't have my street name. I find that he was only concerned about himself. Never even apologised for that. He even looked like he just woke up. He left without checking anything. I phoned in those hours to lay a complaint and to this moment I have not received a response. My safety was and still is not a concern for ADT. at all
