ADT home security are ********!!!

i have been in contact with Isaac Nkadimeng who refuses to escallate my matter, has not rep**** to any of my emails

Adt captured the wrong banking details for my profile so they were not debiting for almost a year which heavily affected my credit score even when i made arrangements to make double payments , my credit score is still getting hammered , it seems someone is not doing their job to update or doesnt want to, i have been trying to fix the matter with no luck, no one is willing to assist !!!! i am so angry because i am not even benefiting from their service as their alarm system is not even working i had burglaries last year twice and their system is not working
