ADT Herm**** : Are they part of the burglary problem in Herm****

There was a burglary at our house in Voelklip Herm****. ADT’s patroller claimed to be have been on our property In error and discovering the burglary at our house. The patroller then notified the office and the senior staff member on duty came to inspect the brake-in. Immediately when he entered the dining room the alarm went off, but during the Burglary the alarm did not send the signal to the controlroom. My question is what was the patroller doing on our property the one day that there had been a burglary? My other question is why the alarm did not go off? According to Donovan, employee of ADT and a senior staff member - the alarm at the house registered that the alarm went off, but according to him the battery was not strong enough to send a signal during the burglary. This is such a unrealistic excuse because the next day it was strong enough to send a signal when the property was entered. I am very dissatisfied with a senior staff member, like Donovan, for not even trying to get to the bottom of this failed service from ADT. Please be very aware of the lack of responsibility shown by ADT to resolve a serious event like a burglary.
