adt has the worst services ever!! + false advertising #only interested in big fish!!

<p>On the 16 June 2016,I had a burglary, so in the next for days,I went on to the ADT website in pursuit of a very urgent alarm system/armed response,which stated that they would call be back if I requested so,which I then did,and up until today,I haven't spoken to anybody that called be back with regards to that exact same request(hence,the "false advertising review title)....I then kept on calling the call centre,who finally told me the a sales person would call me to arrange an assessment.the next day,nazeer brijlall called me and we arranged to meet.he came to my house and checked it out, he then said they having a special on,that would cost over 4000.after I told him that,I am just interested in the free service that would cost only 899 for installation and around 440pm,he suddenly changed and looked dissapointed, and was eager to get over and done with our meeting/assessment, before leaving,he assured me that he would email my wife the application/contracts to complete.....well,today is the 12 July,and its almost 1 whole month,and we still haven't received an email from him!!....but here is the worst part!! We tried for the past few days,trying to get the email, my wife tried yesterday and the day before,and the call centre says they are unable to help....so yesterday,I got really angry and decided to call the call centre and complain to a manager,hoping that they would help me or at least look into it,so I then call the call centre and asked to speak to a manager! And who do they put me thru to after making me hold for a long few minutes???? The same sales rep!!!!!!!....anyway,I speak to him about my situation,and he apologises and says he is not at work,but he notified a colleague to call me and assist me,which never happened!....sohe then assures me that he would go in to the office this morning and speak to his manager,and that he would call me at the latest 09:30!!.....this morning at 12am,,,,nobody has called me at all!!!!......so I call him,and he tells me,that the sent him to another area,as there was a business,that had a break in,and that we would call me only when he is done !!!!!........wow!!!!!....so my gathering/experience over this whole ADT experience is this......if,just trying to get an alarm/armed response system/package,is so hard,imagine signing a 2year contract with?????!!!!......its almost a full month and I am still trying to receive the email application/contract, better yet,having an alarm installed.and with regards to priority,they chose a business/bigger client over me(hence,the big fish review title)!!!..... I am still sitting with no alarm system/armed response, after my urgent request!!! I just feel that ADT,might be to of a bigger company, to help the small/less paying clients!!!...wow!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anybody!!!!! They are by far,the worst security experience, I have ever had!!!...and I am not a complainer,this is my first hello peter review,I have ever made,I am just shocked!!! I mean after experiencing a burglary in your home/privacy, you as a person,would really just wanna do anything,as quick as possible, to protect your family, and then here you are,almost a month afterwards, and ADT cannot help you!!!! So,how are they gonna protect you,when you really need the!m the most??????!!!!!! ....I think people,deserve to hear my story, for their own families protection!!!!!!</p>
