ADT has no idea what they doing

I have a problem with my alarm system and book with ADT to come out and have a look at the alarm. I phoned on the 15th of September to book for the 25th of September. They cant give you a time that they will be there so I had to take a whole days leave.<br> <br> On the 25th I stayed at home ALL day waiting for them to come thru, and to my surprise the never pitched up, only to phone me on the 28th of September to tell me a technician will be there in twenty minus.<br> <br> I am already looking at other security companies as I can not put my safety in a company that does not know what the doing and don't seem to care. When I phone them to complain they just told me I have to make another appointment. This is not on. ADT has no idea what customer service is.<br>
