ADT has failed to keep to their commitment.
On 15 August 2015 my house was badly broken into and some of my assets were ******. My alarm went off but ADT failed to repond on time. The alarm system always seem to be inactive. I've complained on numerous occassions, but no one seems to be interested. When I test my alarm I get no response. My wife is at home alone some times and I am concerned for her safety. I also sent an E-mail to the CEO
