ADT harrassment on a paid account

ADT account related to previous (https://www.hellopeter.com/adt-security/reviews/adt-********-people-to-pay-for-callout-fees- ********** ) post was paid (by them debiting the money directly out of my account without my permission or authorisation) on the 25th July.

Over the last 2 month I have been harassed by Norman Bissett & Associates and Creditworx for "non payment" of the account.

I have submitted proof of payment with no response.

I am so glad that I have cancelled my account with them. I will also be advising everyone I know of their poor attitude and service!
