ADT gone to the dogs

I for months suspected that these guys are no longer active in my neighborhood, no presence, no patrol cars absolutely nothing, if and when my alarm went of no contact call from them either, but they eagerly take money of my account, then I tried to contact them and I would say contacting a government department would be easier, simply put no contact possible, no response forthcoming if you get through to the call center you will have your call dropped or you will go on the hold music for ever and a day. This was a good company but damn it has definitely gone to the dogs
