ADT George

I phoned ADT George's control room on Sunday 9th June regarding a question I had . I told the lady it was not my house, but that of my son's and I just want to find out about the alarm, whether it was activated or not. I told the lady my son was overseas and the letting agent was out of town. She ashed me my son's telephone number, and I again told her that he was overseas. I gave her my number, but she insisted that I must give his telephone number. Eventually I gave her my son's number, just to be told:" Sorry, this is an overseas' number!" I then lost it and rang off. Since Monday I have being trying to contact the manager of ADT in George, Mr Gouws to report this incident and left seven messages asking him to return my calls, but to no avail. Just wondering what will happen in a break in situation... will they ever turn up?
