ADT Finance Manager ALLAN LATCHMAN POOR, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

ADT customer service is poor! The manager from what I assume is the finance department does not care about customer queries. Allan Latchman is the WORST manager I have ever come across in my life and I consider him to be a ****! ADT keep double debiting my wife's account and when we call in to query and resolve it ALL THE STAFF tell us they will speak to ALLAN LATCHMAN who will contact us, this has been happening for over 2 months now. We have called over 5 times and each time they tell us ALLAN LATCHMAN is not available. What kind of manager is NEVER available to assist their clients???? They advise you he will call you back, WHICH HE NEVER DOES! I want ADT to know I WILL take this further and I will expose the incompetence of ALLAN LATCHMAN!!! We did not sign up for ADT to just debit our accounts with what ever amounts they feel like. I will get hold of the senior manager, general manager and CEO so they know how their clients are being treated. ADT claims to strive for excellent client service yet this is the kind of service we get??? This is the service we pay for??? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ADT TO ANYONE! HEED THIS WARNING PEOPLE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY, NOTHING ELSE! Don't even get me started on their call hold times, they definitely do not have service level agreements, they put you on hold for 15 minutes then just drop the call. Then you have to call back and go through the holding process all over again. I have literally spent over R200 airtime trying to get help AND STILL I have not been helped. This is about much more than money, it is also about principles and integrity, something ADT staff do not have!
