ADT FIDELITY - TRULY PATHETIC SERVICES/BIGGEST ******

ADT Fidelity Services

This is my second BAD Encounter with ADT Fidelity.

I was dismayed, to have an amount deducted (more than my monthly installment) that I was completely unaware of. I tried contacting ADT Fidelity and as usual, NO RESPONSE (Same Services one receives when the ALARM Triggers) . I went to my bank and reversed the payment, & received the following message;

Fidelity ADT: ADT Debit Order R781.33 returned unpaid - A/c BOL00433. Pls contact Nonhlanhla Ngomane on *** to avoid suspension of service.

My Response to ADT Fidelity!

GO TO HELL!! Suspend... BECAUSE I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO HELLO PETER!!! Do NOT OVERCHARGE CUSTOMERS!!! As SAID GO TO HELL!

I am truly not surprised that the MANY People in my Neighborhood have cancelled with ADT FIDELITY. Please feel free to remove mine, because I will not be charged more for something that I have not signed for! ADT FIDELITY sickening service is NOT WANTED BY ME!
