ADT Fidelity *****ing money and getting away with it!

I am experiencing the exact same problem with ADT, but instead of deduction one extra month's instalment, they have deducted two months and are refusing to pay me back. Just promises that the amount will be paid, but it has been almost two months! I am fed up with this and will go to great lengths to bring this under everybody's attention.
