ADT-FIDELITY SECURITY SYSTEM NOT WORTH IT - A RISK TO YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I have been having issues with the cameras to which ADT technicians came three times since Sept 2023. They charged callout fees on these instances. This year I have had another technician who came having booked a replacement to the unit. I am stuck with a security system which doesn't work and a call center which keeps escalating "your query" as if its of any use. I'm at my wits end with ADT.
