ADT Fidelity Secure Drive 2 year Nightmare

The saga goes back to December 2019. Fidelity Secure Drive had me hanging for 3 months before they made an installation of their tracking product. As if that wasn't enough, they've double billed me - running x2 separate accounts under my name.

Their latest strategy is to continue pushing unauthorised debits even though I am an "EFT paying account".

Over at least 35 emails, I've dealt with Thabang Kola, Maria Heraty, Johanna Ntuli and Terry Pieterse all who keep moving the blame to someone else.
