ADT Fidelity refuses to remove details from marketing system

Despite numerous request to have my details taken OFF the system, Fidelity ADT continues sending me daily sms's and requests t remove a radio in my home (it doesnt belong to them) I am getting really tired of calling in and asking for this to be resolved. I cancelled their services due to being linked to a home that was sold 15 years ago, armed response claiming they cant find my home during an emergency call out, and technicians leaving the system ina non working order. Now, I cant seem to get rid of them !!
