ADT -fidelity is a pain

Firstly their sales people are not honest! I told the sales person that i might be unemployed in less than 5 months, she said i can cancel anytime only to be told ten months later that the contract is binding! Whether i can afford or not i must pay monthly installment. By the way that is after making more than ten calls, agents promising to call me back and not calling. secondly i asked them to change my contact details, they confirm that they are changed but then they still use old contact details. I spoke to Lerato Jacobs about my financial situation she said they gave me a discount but came month end the discount didn't take effect. I spoke to Humbulani and arranged to pay a radio fee for over two months, come the 25th , a wrong debit order date by the way. they debited the full amount. They all agree to do something for the client, but they don't! or their system is broken. I changed my debit order day to the 1st, that was confirmed but i still get debited on the 25th. ADT -fidelity is a pain.
