ADT FIDELITY *****ING OUR MONEY

Kindly assist.

On 23 January 2023, we sent a letter to Fidelity ADT requesting to cancel all services we have with them effective 23 February 2023. They called to confirm and promised to email confirmation that the services will be canceled, of which they never did.

They kept deducting monies from our account and we have been reversing them.

We called them again on the 21st July 2023 and spoke to Lerato Jacobs who promised to cancel and send confirmation email and she did not.

They are still deducting and we are not able to do a reversal now.
