ADT Fidelity " above the law or not"

Last Week at BP Connaught Road Parow I exited my car a ADT Fidelity truck was parked behind 3 cars preventing them from moving like they are not governed by law , As I exited my car to enter the OK store a ADT/Fidelity person told me" I cannot walk there as they have money " NO greeting whatsoever He pushed me aside and threatened me by saying " If i walked there he will shoot me" I asked for His name and he refused to give it there was no name on his Uniform I contacted Fidelity office and lodge a complaint gave all my details a week later and no one has contacted me Do they thing they are above the law? why is your officers not identified by a name Badge ? i spoke to Frank this incident occurred 05th December 2019 time approx 10:30 - 11:10 BP connaught road Parow valley
