ADT Fedility fee increase without authority

This has got to be the most ********* business around - this month out of the blue they debit my bank account for an additional service without my authority. Never mind that they cant deliver on their current responsibility as i cant recall when last i saw one of their vehicles. Be careful and check your bank account these guys have no shame.
