ADT failure to protecta burglary business

I have dry clean business on 21st January 2025 when I arrived at my business. Was shocked to see my business was burgarled an ADT security company is failure to protect my business up to this day I never receive any any feedback regarding the incident. I requested the manager to send me an email regarding the incident.an the response officer no response from ADT they never come to even take camera footage. ADT sa they not responsible. yet I was paying them for there protection service they failure
