ADT fails to pay after they broke into my house

On the 15 february 2014 they broke into my house ADT took 30 minutes to respond to the call. 9 months later after Ive made all the phone calls and emails talking to relavent people ADT says they are not to be held responsible because their cars where busy for that day.Goods including cars that all worth R46000,00 all gone and ADT says they wont pay it was not their fault now the question is I was paying ADT each and every month never skipped a month without paying but I get such a respond when i needed them to look after my house and provide security. does it means that R46000,00 went down the drain/ can somebody out there assist me as to which number I can call or which institution I can approach that can assist me. I might not have the best lawyers or good attorneys but I will fight for what I believe is right, Ive worked very hard to get where I am and worked very hard because I wanted the best now the best that I had gone just like that and security that I thought would ALWAYS BE THERE FOR ME was not there. can somebody please please help me
