ADT Failes to carry out work again for the third t

ADT were at my house yesterday after I had to submit a formal compliant last week. <br> I spoke to the tech on the phone and advised him of the issues that the indoor sensors are not working on my night mode. therefore I activate my alarm in night mode and the one side of my house is not armed, a burglar could come enter the house and put everyone in danger because of ADT poor work ethics. <br> Please can someone contact me immediately and arrange a call out as soon as possible. This is the third time I am having this issue with ADT.
