ADT FAILED TO CANCEL CONTRACT.
ON THE 20TH OF MARCH 2015 I CONTACTED ADT AND ASKED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT.<br> GOT A CALL FROM THE CALL CENTER, SAID IT WILL BE CANCELLED.<br> IN JUNE 2015 I GOT A CALL FROM ADT STATING THAT I OWE THEM R1359 . I CONTACTED HEAD OFFICE, THEY ASKED FOR THE CANCELLATION MAIL SEND IT TO A PERSON THERE KATLEHO SEKOBOLO. YESTERDAY HE CONFIRMED IN AN EMAIL EVERYTHING WAS SORTED. THIS MORNING I SEE ON MY BANK STATEMENT THEY LOADED THE DEBIT ORDER AND TOOK THE R1359.<br> THANKS ADT FOR YOUR SLOPPY ADMIN FOR NOT CANCELLING MY CONTRACT ON TIME AND *****ING MY MONEY!!! PLEASE RETURN THE R1359!!!!!!
