ADT fail to secure safety & refuse to communicate

Ok so we broken into again. <br> The alarm went off at 12h41. I arrived home and ADT Security South Africa were here. They told me the house was secure. They shouted this to me as they were in my back garden and I was in the front. As I got out the car the alarm went off again. I turned it off as I had been told that house was secure. My wife went into the house and I met the guards around the side of the house, and they left. I went inside and noticed things were missing. We started walking around the house and discovered the window was smashed in. It took a supervisor 30 minutes to react. I reported all this through the supervisor and asked him to get a senior manager to phone me before 17h00 to discuss the matter. <br> I had to phone ADT Security South Africa at 17h00 to ask someone to phone me. The senior call centre manager whose name I think is Mr Romano... thats as close to it as I could get because he said I was too upset for him to spell it for me. He **** and told me the reason he did not call me was because of communication problems with his senior supervisor ( Also a great endor*****t of ADT Security South Africa and their capacity when tactical management cant eve
