ADT fail to deliver

I sent an email on Friday to cancel their services and requested a document needed, I followed up on Monday and Today, holding on more than 17 min and still not sorted

Please note that I still haven’t heard from Thembi. Please can someone start doing their work? I want to make it clear, if I suffer any loss due to a burglary, I will hold ADT response for any loss I may have until I received the consent form as requested in order for SFK to give the security code for the system I purchased cash from ADT.
