ADT FAIL SERVICE AGIAN

I have been with ADT over a year now, unfortunately I am unable to leave ADT due to the 24 month contract, when i signed up with ADT i was told that the maintenance would be covered, my alarm is now malfunctioning and when i call the call center i am told there is a labor fee. I feel this is unfair as i was originally told that this would be covered. I also signed a contact at a certain price but that too increased a few months ago and now i only get 5 callouts a month if the alarm activated and the guards come to my house, over and about 5 I pay a call out fee as well. Stay away from ADT, the service is appalling.
