ADT - extremely unhelpful,useless and such a waste of money

I started using ADT Security since 2017. I live in a complex in Kenilworth, Cape Town. I was away for 3 days and I activated the alarm system before I left. I came back on 10 May 2019 and found that people broke into my place and lots of goods were ****** (value of R80 000.00+). The alarm system was not triggered at all and no signal was sent to ADT control centre. I also found that the siren box was cut and left on the floor.

Up until now I have not received any feedback from ADT regarding this case. They are extremely unhelpful. To get ADT installed is just a waste of money.
