ADT exploitation
I just wanted to raise awareness about the ******** and exploitative practices happening in this ADT and Fedelity security company. Not only do they provide poor quality products, but once it stops working they have the audacity to demand money from us even after we have cancelled their services. And that's not all, they keep deducting money from my account and even put sanctions on our ITC. To top it off, their agents are trained to exploit customers. Absolutely unacceptable. And to make matters worse, their faulty system couldn't even last 7 months. Outrageous. Something needs to be done about this injustice. #ADTmustfall #boycottthiscompany #********ityandexploitation

15 Jul 2025, 20:48"Hey ADT social media officer, hope you're doing well. Just wanted to remind you about our agreement to s**** the debt and start a new contract with the panic button. However, we've been receiving calls from lawyers claiming we still have debt. Please stick to your commitments. Also, we need a patrolling team in the area once the new contract is finalized. I haven't seen any vehicles doing patrols and your crime prevention team needs to be visible. Can you confirm this with me as we discussed over the phone? And please don't change officers, it's frustrating to start from the beginning again. Also, let's avoid unreasonable agents like Alu who doesn't subscribe to VOC and puts his personal agenda over work. Thanks."
