The past few mouths I had 3 emergency no one has showed up we pay for a service and they just don't show I have complained a few times my alarm went off at 8am they only showed up at 2pm I have been calling to speak to the manager but with no answer this is bad it's the festive season now and we can't rely on the service we pay for and there excuses is that there is loadshedding this is bull **** honestly I would never recommend ADT

04 Nov 2022, 13:46Still no phone call from the manager poor service I have been contacted by the social media officer but not from the manager and still not taking calls this is very poor service I have 5 properties all my tenants are complaining and because I told them to all go with adt its on me I want this resolved today
