ADT DURBAN

<p>The ADT SECURITY and armed response servicing my area of Merebank are useless, after 4 cell panics they call, which was after a couple of hours. They do care about their customers, mangers etc dont get back to me after I complained so many tyms that I have lost count. In this day and age it takes them 45mins to respond after an alarm activation, really? I dont live in the middle of the jungle. Lucky it was a false alarm, what if it was a real emergency??. Whenever I complain "it will be escalated" ? ADT you forced me to do this and I think people should know coz I have been paying for a service which is useless yes USELESS!!!!!!! An email was sent at 15-42 to the area manager from ADTs call centre supervisor. </p>
