ADT Driver thinks he owns the road
Driver of NP200 reg: HP 36 KC GP not stopping at red light c/o Van Der Hoff rd and Hendrik str at 5:17 on 13 April 2024. Almost hitting my car and then passing me and break test me and then he spead off when I tried to take pictures. Skipping 2 stop streets one next to Hercules Police station and then driving into Van Der Hoff again right infront of 2 other cars. Nearly causing a massive accident.
