ADT driver crashed into my vehicle from reckless driving

Had an ADT security guard crash into the back of my car, he was either not paying attention or driving like an idiot. I've been chasing adt now for 12 days with nothing resolved my car is still badly damage with no response or anything from then. Absolutely shocking from a large company.
