ADT don't care about customer security

ADT don't care about customer security. I used to be an ADT customer about 3 years ago but moved away due to terrible customer service and empty promises. I then moved to Londoloza which has now unfortunately merged with ADT and I am back to getting terrible customer service. It took ADT over a week to sort out SMS's. Then I was having issues with 20-25 minute response times with excuses ranging from system sending wrong vehicle to being told that primary and secondary vehicles were on calls and third backup had to be sent blah blah. In all this terrible service I was contacted by the client services manager and he told me to contact him whenever I had an issue but even his service is now useless. A week ago I was not receiving SMS's when arming or disarming. It turned out it was due to ADT not receiving signals because of a problem with the basestation. I had experiences this issue once before with Londoloza and asked ADT technical to check the basestation to which they simply refused saying that the procedure was for technician to be booked and clients radio to be checked. So I had to take half a day off work only for it to be a complete waste because as I told ADT the issue was on their side and they refused to check anything. I contacted the client services manager to take this up with him. Apparently the issue was because the basestation telkom line had gone down and then it was supposed to switch over to GSM but the switchover did not happen. For over a day ADT did not know. I asked the manager how they did not know and what monitoring was in place for this and how we could be sure it would not happen again. He promised to give me feedback yesterday but just like everyone else did not get back to me. I have been sending messages and trying to phone him but no response. ADT clearly don't care about my security to not have put something in place to ensure this does not happen again and clearly don't respect me as a customer for not getting back to me.
