ADT Don't reply to your e-mail

I was in arrears with an amount of R1393.47 and did an EFT on the 21-07-15. On the 30-07-15 the same amount was debited from my account from ADT. I called ADT and was advised that I'm in-credit with them and must just send Statement that showed EFT and debit and also I must send proof of payment, which I did to [Email Removed] at 1:59PM on the 03-08-15. I got no reply on my e-mail, called ADT again and was told to send the same documents this time to [Email Removed] at 08:31AM on the 06-08-15. I asked for an update via e-mail to [Email Removed] at 02:45PM on 12-08-15 again no reply. I called ADT again and was told again to send the same documents this time to [Email Removed] which I did again on 03-09-15 at 11:32AM, I also asked the guy to reply when he receives my mail confirming that i'm in credit with ADT. He said yes he will but never did. Called ADT again and the same story send the documents this time to [Email Removed] on 03-09-15 at 03:36PM. I send them all my last e-mail at 4:26PM on 09-09 saying \THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! NO REPLY FROM ANYONE!!!!". No reply to this mail also.<br> """
