ADT Doesn't Respond

I just signed a contract with ADT a month ago. Today midmorning a horror occurred on my neighbor, in which she has an ADT, her house was broken while she was inside. In which the alarm was trig cause I could hear the noise of the alarm. To my surprise the Alarm response people didn't bother to come to her rescure and which they ended up taking most of her appliances. why are we paying ADT because I don't feel safe in my on house yet am paying the services which ADT they are not providing. It's truly a day light *******. Are they truly arm response of arm ignorance. Our value for money doesn't matter here.
