ADT doesn't care

This company doesn't give two hoots about it's clients. I made an appointment to have my electric fence assessed and repaired or replaced. The person who arrived said that they took down the incorrect details for my request and that he is the wrong person. An appointment was made for the following week which wasn't kept by them. On the third appointment I apparently had the right person. He checked the fence and said I'll get a quote. Still waiting. I was asked to send my email address which I did, no luck. I was told the person to send the quote was reminded, nothing. Today, I phoned three times. The first call I cut because of an endless holding loop. The second call resulted in a promise of a call back. Nothing. The third call I lost it and demanded they sent me a service cancelation form. Refused. Another promise of the oh so busy guy who can allegedly help, before close of business today. It is now 18.12, so way past business closing. Nothing. I've had it. There are many other security companies.
