Adt doesn't comply with basic accounting or English. Cannot get an account statement or invoices

<p>Dear Lindiwe,</p> <p>Firstly, we are requesting a full statement of account and all related invoices. A statement of account has all invoices - as we are requesting to see exactly what we have been billed for as well as all payments - which ADT takes by debit order.<br />My bank statement has no bearing on any of this in any way shape or form, and my bank statement is not any of your business. Can ADT please explain why I can phone any other company in South Africa and get a statement of account and invoices - which comply with basic accounting standards - yet ADT cannot do the same? Do they not know what they have billed and received themselves? Or do they just not comply with accounting standards?<br />In that case I think SARS (the SOUTH AFRICAN REVENUE SERVICE, WHO COLLECTS TAX IN THIS COUNTRY) would be very interested to know how ADT declares their income and expenditure and completes tax returns?<br />Furthermore if you wish to correspond in writing please send me emails that actually make sense.<br />I have no idea what a ****y pen is - so far the only ****iness I have encountered with ADT - is their pathetic attitude.<br />A better word for a Coki pen is a permanent marker.<br />And you will not be receiving my bank statements - therefore there will be no need to LEAVE the lines pertaining to ADT open. At the rate that ADT deals with queries and complaints - I hope I LIVE long enough to LEAVE them. I hope you now understand the difference between these 2 words.</p> <p>Kindly ensure that your accounting department sends us the COMPLETE Statement of account from February when the account was opened to current date PLUS all invoices TODAY.<br />Please take note that if such is not received I will be forced to take further action, the costs of which, ADT will have to incur.</p> <p>Thanks & Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Morning Sir<br />Bank statement is to verify with our account it is a procedure Sir no need to send it with your balance you can close it with ****y pen and live where it's say Adt only.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do I need to send my bank statement when you can pick up the amounts the ADT have taken off my account</p> <p>Please explain the amounts debited through my account as you said we would get 2 months free and do not see where these are </p>
